Are your appliances brand new or refurbished?

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our appliances come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. For added peace of mind, we also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor for up to five years.

Do you offer delivery and installation services?

Yes, we provide professional delivery across the region. We also offer installation services for most major appliances, including washers, dryers, and refrigerators, which can be selected at checkout.

What is your return policy for large appliances?

We accept returns on unused appliances in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the unit is defective.

Will you take away my old appliance?

Absolutely. We offer a haul-away service for your old units for a nominal fee. This must be scheduled at the same time as your delivery to ensure our team has the necessary space on the truck.
